I am a student and my assignment is to create a website which includes an rss feed to the news. I need to create the code to do this. I will be using html, php, javascript. Can anyone tell me if I have to have a domain name before I can do this and is there somewhere where I can get some simple basic code to create the rss feed. Thanks for any tips.
