What I did to choose the best from this list is enter the URL in websiteoutlook.com to get an idea of how many people actually visit the site and how many backlinks are coming into the directory. Some (like feedfury.com) have a ton of RSS links but very few backlinks so it may not be as reputable as others.http://hubpages.com/_rss/hub/SUBMIT-RSS-… Among those, I think plazoo.com and syndic8.com were the best RSS directories.
